Sphinx University as a member of the
Supreme Council for private universities
has a direct involvement in
the Higher Education Ministry’s
strategy based on Egypt Vision 2030 for sustainability.
Sphinx University Council
and
Faculty of Pharmacy
Council include representative members from governmental
organizations (the Advisor to the Ministry of Higher
Education and Scientific Research, and the Deputy Minister of Health).
The Faculty of Pharmacy Council also includes representative
members from nongovernmental organizations
(Local president of the Syndicate of Pharmacists and
a member of the Syndicate of Physicians).
Sphinx University has also signed agreements with
syndicates of various professions
that work closely with
developing SDGs policy. This includes
Syndicate of Pharmacists, Physicians and Engineers.
The above-mentioned relationships have direct
involvement in developing SDG policies and strategies,
monitoring and reporting on interventions, and enabling adaptive management.

Taking our part in participating in cross sectoral
dialogue about SDGs, a
` delegation from Sphinx University
attended the activities of the
“Climate is My Responsibility” initiative
at the Chipsy factory in Assiut, as part of the preparations for the
Climate Change Conference 2022 - COP27
in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
